Consulting + Coaching
Employing a consulting approach to discover the core purpose behind your gathering, we create and design based on your objectives and purpose. Together, with our clients, we create experience journey maps and business event strategies. We provide creative direction for intimate special events to large-scale multi-day conferences, whether they are in person, online, or a combination of both. We also provide Executive Coaching and design support for executives and teams looking to improve and enhance their on-screen and presentation polish.
Video Production
Whether in person or online, video is key. We produce video with the application of high-touch direction and video editing, working with footage that we direct and shoot on location, in a studio environment, or remotely. We like to "right size" production, working directly with clients and coaching them on how to best capture content, including capturing it themselves. We then collect media and apply editing and polish to give a consistent, professional look. Business Event Design + Production
B+ L are seasoned event professionals, producing events spanning social, civic, corporate, and nonprofit events from one-day to multi-day; from small intimate high touch experiences to large-scale meetings. She is known for bringing forward Creative Direction for business events in the design phase and for the production of highly detailed, high-touch experiences and installations. When clients work with B+L Creative, we include production packages to bring to life video content and presentation support. We not only craft the end-to-end event experience, but we also provide curation and production for the human-to-human components including video production and scripting.

Bianca Ferrer & Luke McKibben are at the heart of the B&L Creative Group, based in Houston Texas. We provide video production, event design, executive coaching, and presentation creation to global associations and corporations of all sizes. Bringing together a curated collective of designers and producers, tailored to meet the objectives of our client projects, our collective specializes in art direction, graphic design, web development, video editing, and a bevy of talented technical and event producers.
Bianca is a global creative director and marketing professional focusing on experience design and business event strategy for business event experiences. Bianca is a highly specialized event marketer, with over 16 years of experience in event strategy and design. She is skilled at delivering on-demand strategy - translating client needs into creative solutions and is apt at motivating workgroups to meet output needs. She works with C-suite executives on the design and implementation of events as a strategic component of a global marketing plan. Luke is our lead Executive Producer and Consultant. He is the executive producer for our technical and video productions and is a multimedia specialist. Luke brings 15 years of experience as a media professional, working in video production, photography, live-streaming production, documentary filmmaking, and music.
